at Fotografia Europea, Les Rencontres d’Arles, ICP New York, SiFest
Fonderia 20.9 provided extensive production support for INDEX G, handling printing, framing, structure production, and installation across multiple exhibitions in venues like Savignano, ICP New York, Fotografia Europea Reggio Emilia, and Les Rencontres d’Arles. Collaborating closely with curator Fiorenza Pinna, Fonderia 20.9 contributed to refining the project’s presentation and research.
INDEX G investigates the profound spatial segregation in St. Louis, using the Gini Index to explore social divides. Through layered visual and textual narratives, Brutti and Casotti capture the tension between two contrasting worlds separated by invisible boundaries. The work merges color landscapes with stark black-and-white interiors, unfolding like a silent theater of societal isolation, where every frame captures a suspended moment between past scars and present realities.
