Opening Recap: A Study on Waitressing by Eleonora Agostini

We’re grateful to everyone who joined us for the opening of A Study on Waitressing! The evening sparked insightful discussions as visitors engaged with Eleonora Agostini’s exploration of performance and identity. Through a layered mix of photographs, archival material, and moving images, the exhibition questions the constructed image of the waitressing woman, blurring the boundaries between reality and staged representation. The intimate yet theatrical nature of the works resonated with the audience, sparking conversations on visibility, labor, and self-representation. We’re thrilled to host this insightful exhibition at Fonderia 20.9—stop by and experience it before it closes on 8 February!
